Reconstructing large-scale apartment complexes, in particular, has become the talk of the town as it benefits self-serving apartment owners. Cats’ Apartment poses a pertinent question: shouldn’t we regard cats as residents of apartments as well? There are as many different kinds of lives as there are human beings in apartments.
