Synopsis

The once-busy ¡®Rendezvous house¡¯ for unconverted long-term prisoners is now resided by two prisoners in their 80¡¯s, who cannot return to North Korea as they have been forcefully converted. I meet Park Hee-sung, one of the remaining prisoners, whose aspiration was to become a director of cinematography. As I give him a camera and teach him how to film, he starts filming his daily life. Then he goes on to film his comrades with infirmities of old age as well as memorable places in South Korea he revisits. What he captures on his camera becomes his memories to leave behind and also the letters, which will be sent to his home one day.
