Synopsis

Seong-ho is, in a savant, a pianist/clarinet player with autistic disorder and a talent in music. He cannot carry out daily life on his own because it is hard for him to express his feelings or communicate with others. His father left the family, and his mother has chosen the life of a shadow in order to groom Seong-ho into a musician. She pressed Geon-gi, Seong-ho¡¯s brother, as the provider. Geon-gi is dumbfounded. He cannot understand why he must take care of his brother and why he was neglected. Their present is a never-ending fight to prepare for a future yet to come - ¡®the mother¡¯s absence¡¯. This family¡¯s cacophony is slowly forming a symphony.

     Jeong Gwan-jo started making documentaries as a TV producer in 1999. He produced numerous documentaries independently including: (EBS, 2004) series about the artisan who fade into the background and Medical documentary series (EBS, 2012~2014), which all focus on the beauty of human life.
