​My father was a Filipino worker laboring overseas in Saudi Arabia in the 1990s. Growing up, I felt that I hadn’t really got to know him. To learn more about his past, I’ve collected decades-old audio cassette tapes from different migrant families. Through these, I have learned that we have a collective story to tell.
